Can VistaCalc handle multiple outlets?
Yes. Premium supports up to two companies/outlets in one account. Administrators assign users to an outlet. Basic and Standard include one company.
Can I restrict a user to one outlet?
Yes. Assign the user to an outlet so quotations and expenses follow that branch.
Can I create custom user roles?
Yes. Use job-profile presets or Custom, and set estimation, measurement, reports, price-edit, menus, and outlet. ERP role packs such as Auditor or Storekeeper are not a separate module.
Is VistaCalc suitable for large interior firms?
It suits growing firms that need GST quotes, two outlets, up to eight users, roles, site tracking, and expenses. It is not a Tally/GRN ERP. Contact us if you need more seats.
Does VistaCalc support GST quotations?
Yes. Branded GST PDF estimates can be shared on WhatsApp or email. Customer tax e-invoice and Tally posting are not included.
Can customers approve a quotation online?
Yes. Staff send a no-login /share link. The customer can view the PDF and approve or request a change.
Does VistaCalc integrate with Tally or Zoho Books?
No. Premium includes Excel export. Tally and Zoho Books integration is on the roadmap.
Can VistaCalc track site labour?
Yes. Labour directory and site jobs on web; Premium adds field mobile roles (supervisor, carpenter, helper).
Can VistaCalc manage stock and expenses?
Yes, on the plans that include those modules. Premium also includes Excel export.
