Is VistaCalc suitable for large interior firms?
VistaCalc can support growing interior, modular-kitchen, and UPVC firms that need standardised GST quotations, a second outlet, job-profile access, customer approve links, site-job tracking, stock, and expenses. It is not a full interior ERP: Tally/Zoho, e-invoice, vendor GRN, and live project P&L are not shipped. Evaluate those workflows separately.

Is VistaCalc only for small firms?
It started as an Excel replacement for Indian shops. Premium already covers a second outlet, eight users, roles, and site jobs. Firms that need Tally, GRN, or 50 seats should talk to us — those are not on the public plans.
Does VistaCalc integrate with Tally?
No. Premium includes Excel export for accounting workflows. Tally and Zoho Books integration is on the roadmap.
Can customers approve a quote without installing an app?
Yes. Staff send a /share link. The customer views the PDF and can approve or request a change with no login.
