Can VistaCalc handle multiple outlets?
Yes. VistaCalc supports multiple outlets (companies) on Premium — up to two companies per account today — so a showroom in one city and a factory or second branch can share one login space with separate users and outlet-scoped quotations and expenses.
What is an outlet in VistaCalc?
An outlet is a company or branch record on your tenant. Estimations, expenses, and many operational lists store an outlet id so office staff see the branch they belong to.
Premium plans include up to 2 companies / outlets and up to 8 users. Basic and Standard include 1 company.
Can I restrict a user to one outlet?
Yes. Administrators assign each staff user to an outlet. That user’s expenses and related lists follow the outlet on their login, so a second showroom’s numbers are not mixed into the first by default.
Outlet-wise reports
Expenses and several analytics views can be scoped to the user’s outlet. Consolidated owner views exist for tenants whose login is not locked to a single outlet. VistaCalc does not currently publish a full branch-wise P&L or Tally export.
